Location is Dearborn MI Contract Must interview in-person *Qualifications* *Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify):* Bachelor degree in Computer Science Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field/related technology certification. ISD Technology Skills Assessment/JAVA software development coursework (i.e. SUN SL275/SL255) SUN certification (Programmer for J2EE PLATFORM) or equivalent preferred. Experience in/with: - Object oriented analysis and design - Designing, developing, implementing and supporting enterprise information systems - Identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex business/technical problems - Providing technical consultation/leadership to project teams - Multi-platform environments - Technology assessment, recommendations and selection - Application architectures, including sensitivity and first-hand knowledge of object-oriented (RU –methodology) JAVA / web software development, application-level security considerations (e.g., avoiding exposure to denial-of-service attacks, disaster-recovery or availability issues, etc.) Excellent presentation, persuasion, written and interpersonal skills to include procedure and technical material, report/proposal preparation and oral presentation.
