*Position:: TSM Backup Administrator* *Location:: Midland, MI* *Duration:: 1+ year* *Essential Job Functions :-* · Experience installing, configuring and supporting IBM Tivoli Storage Manager · Knowledge of Data Domain replication and IBM LTO Tape libraries, Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Windows clustering. · Working knowledge of backup and storage technologies including Fiber Channel, Ethernet, iScsi, Common Internet File System (CIFS), Network File System (NFS) · Experience monitoring database, logs, storage pools, performance related parameters · Experience with Import/Export feature and Node Replication feature · Experience with TDP for Oracle/Exchange/MSSQL · Experience with TSM deduplication · Experience with TSM Operational Reporting · Experience with NDMP · Monitor and support daily backup operations including performing backups, restores, audit reporting and tape management. · Troubleshoot backup failures, backup/restore performance issues and data integrity checks. · Conduct server maintenance such as server provisioning, operating system patching and racking/stacking. · Analyze and upgrade backup software/hardware infrastructure for faster and better performing backup operations. · Participate in Disaster Recovery drills and tests. · Perform backup/restore audits to confirm backup functionality · Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment *Thanks and regards,* *Jyoti Budhwar* United Software Group Inc. 565 Metro Place S.
