*Thanks* *SAP Security Administrator * *Location: Phoenix, AZ* *Duration: 6+months* *Please send the resume to cha...@ivytechsol.us <cha...@ivytechsol.us>* *Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * • Designs security roles for the SAP system. • Provides comprehensive SAP Security support for the enterprise. • Responsible for the development and administration of user and role access for SAP environment. • Analyzes requirements for security role builds. Builds roles based on requirements. Tests all roles prior releasing. • Participates in development of procedures, policies and SOP documentation for SAP application, systems and relevant applications. • Collaborates with OS and DB administrators to ensure the SAP application is secured as per organizational company security policies and procedures. • Provides guidance and leadership in the areas of issue troubleshooting and resolutions, maintenance, SAP security technologies and system architecture / product roadmap design. • Provides knowledge transfer and training to junior administrators and operations. • Designs, configures, and deploys SAP security. • Works with controls and functional teams in establishing the security controls in accordance with Segregation of Duties principles. • Maintains and utilizes central user repository and provision users as part of security controls. • Assists in development of production deployment checklists. • Assists in Role development checklists. • Assists in Security monitor and maintenance control checklists. • Assists in mapping technical security roles to users. • Assists in provisioning of user in systems at project go live and sustainment environment. • Defines, maintains and enforces security policy and security control matrix/tools (RSP/SoD). • Provides best practices guidance on all Security and Administration related tasks. • Participates in 24x7 SAP Security on call rotation support • Creates documentation for internal support teams. • Other duties may be assigned. *Qualifications:* • This position requires 7-10 years related experience with knowledge of SAP with an emphasis on Security, including BW/BI and ECC. Must demonstrate an expertise with ECC SAP Security in the areas of FI/CO/MM/SD and have previous experience using Analysis Authorizations and RSECADMIN. • Experience of executing SAP project using structured approach and best practices is a must • Microsoft applications and computer hardware knowledge required. • Project Management experience is beneficial. • This position also requires excellent analytical, communication, organizational, detail oriented, trouble-shooting and problem solving skills. In addition, this position must be able to handle multiple projects and work successfully within strict deadlines. • Must be able to communicate effectively with management, co-workers, customers, and vendors. Must be effective working on tasks as a team member as well as alone.
