*Position Comments:*

The role will interface heavily with internal business stakeholders. Strong
communication skills are required. A strong, experienced senior level
candidate to lead and executive production tasks and coordinate all aspects
of campaign production. Seeking a candidate with experience troubleshooting
issues, independent thinker and ability to problem solve with little
direction.

•Experience in project managing multi-channel campaigns with deliverables
including web, email, and print advertising

•Microsoft Project experience required

•This is not a strategic level role - Must execute tasks in a fast-paced
production environment.



*Job Description:*



The Campaign Project Lead works under the supervision of the Campaign
Manager and leads the full life cycle for a variety of campaign projects
and routine business-as-usual (statistical and other reporting) tasks. This
includes start-to-finish ownership including planning, scheduling,
documentation, problem solving, managing change, and extensive
communication.



-Partners with the Campaign Manager to ensure the work assigned flows (on
time) from creation to publish process. This includes developing a strong
working knowledge of the business segment and an excellent understanding of
project managing/trafficking print & digital channel deliverables.

-Creates and maintains project plans and schedules for a variety of outputs
across distribution channels for a wide variety of work including both
marketing campaign project work and repeatable business as usual updates
and reports.

-Actively tracks project tasks to ensure milestones and deadlines are being
met

-Understands process differences and compliance requirements/nuances for a
variety of distribution channels (print, website, social, email, webinar,
etc.)

-Manages scope/schedule in partnership with the Campaign Manager

-Provides status update information, which could include reporting

-Coordinates and communicates known dependencies (including cross
customers/segments/digital)

-Ensures campaign, non-campaign, and change requests are updated in the
appropriate tools

-Coordinates with project management teams from outside creative agencies
to track dependencies and deadlines

-Performs other responsibilities as assigned/needed



*A Successful Candidate:*

-Demonstrates a full knowledge level in the assigned area and works under
direction only as needed; guides the full life cycle for campaign
management projects of varying complexity, including planning,
organization, implementation, and ongoing communication

-Demonstrates experience creating schedules and project plans with
deliverables across print and digital channels

-Demonstrates strong production coordination skills including facilitating
meetings, maintaining schedules, tracking deliverables, problem solving,
and escalating issues as appropriate

-Demonstrates experience as being self-starting, self-directing, and
accountable for delivering on assigned work

-Demonstrates the ability to collaborate and develop/maintain working
relationships inside and outside the organization to enable effective
completion of business objectives

-Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills; strong
grammar and syntax skills; strong presentation skills; strong
inter-personal skills

-Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group
of associates, senior business leaders, and/or vendors

-Demonstrates strong/meticulous detail orientation, process orientation,
organizational, and multi-tasking skills; ability to effectively manage an
unpredictable workload and meet established deadlines

-Demonstrates proven experience in a high-volume department where
multi-tasking and a high level of detail and accountability was required

-Core competencies include: problem solving skills, interpersonal
savviness, organizational agility (willingness to learn and adopt new ways
of working), building effective relationships, working effective in
ambiguity, and flexibility

-Requires at least 5+ years of project management experience in a
fast-paced publishing environment, ideally within a marketing department or
advertising agency
