This person will help move *Data and Analytics* from the current state Service Strategy to the desired future state Service Design. *Desired knowledge preferred: * *Knowledge of ITIL practices* Knowledge of *Service Manager 9.3 tool* Knowledge of *Service Level Management processes at State Farm* - for both projects and service support Knowledge of *Service Design* Knowledge of State Farm's service activities Experience working with *configuration items* *Additional knowledge/experience that would be helpful: * Experience working with projects on *Service Management artifacts* Relationship building Ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to represent *Data and Analytics* services across the department.
