Should be capable enough to write basic queries. • Ability to understand business requirement and write test scenario, test plan and test cases. Also should be capable of executing test scripts, test result preparation, test defect creation and resolution. • Must have hands-on experience in HP- Quality Center 10.0 or ALM test management tool. • Should have experience and hands-on experience in testing the Interfaces, Conversions, OBIEE reports and extensions • Experience in a large and complex enterprise environment • Experience with data conversations from multiple applications • Solid understanding of software development life cycle including change management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills • Working well in a collaborative, team environment as well as independently • Strong problem solving and team player skills *Roles & Responsibilities* •Analyze the BRD document and work with Business users /multiple vendors/legacy application owners on developing the Test strategy, Test scenarios, Test cases etc. •Have to work with various legacy applications which involves multiple level of testing across various applications •Have to understand the complex business process quickly and assist business testers on all aspects to complete the application testing. •Should prepare the daily metrics on test execution and defects from HP Quality center. •To end to end ownership of testing for the components assigned to the associate and deliver the output as per schedule.
