*Role : Lotus Notes Developer* *Location : Cleveland, OH* IBM Lotus Domino Server 6.x/7.x/8.x and Client, Processing new user registration and adding them related groups. Maintain, create and delete Lotus notes groups, Mail-in databases and Resources. Create replicas of mail files and application databases on various primary and failover servers. Provide assistance users on delegation of rights to their mail files. Troubleshoot 3rd tier user problems involving Lotus Notes, Sametime, Blackberry, iPhone. Monitor mail.box routers for SMTP mail and Notes servers for mail size and routing issues. Troubleshoot SMTP and internal mail routing issues experienced by users. Reboot Domino mail and application servers on weekly schedule maintenance requirements Update and support Lotus Notes client software, and Lotus Notes user issues. Expertise in Mail Delivery Failure analysis using our external tool MessageLabs Working with MessageLab tool to help establish “TLS” secure email connections between PNC Bank and their client domain.
