*Position:: Project Manager with Sailpoint* *Location:: Culver City, CA* *Duration:: 6+ months* *Note:- GC/ Citizen only.* *INTERVIEW MODE:* · Phone · In-person *JOB DESCRIPTION :-* · Seeking an experienced Project Manager/BRM to lead our second release for the Identity and Access Management work stream, as part of the I AM SPE Program. · The program strives to deploy a more efficient, controlled and strategic workforce lifecycle process to improve the safety and privacy of people and data, accelerates processes and administrative tasks, enhances the user experience, and reduces audit deficiencies. · The role of the Project Manager will be to manage functional and technical resources for this phase, manage and track timelines, team deliverables and report and escalate the status of the project regularly. · The candidate must have experience specifically in managing an IDM project (experience with SailPoint would be hugely beneficial) and also complex, multi-phased/faceted projects (i.e. integration and application development). · Experience in leading cross-functional team efforts and executing project management methodology is required. · The candidate must be hands on and very detailed oriented. · Strong communication and listening skills are essential in this role as they will be interacting with all levels of users as well as facilitating meetings. · Candidates must have a take charge attitude and the ability to effectively multi-task. · The ideal candidate should have corporate management or prior consulting experience with a reputable consulting company. · Entertainment background, preferred. · Some technical development skill is a plus. *Job Requirements :-* · The Project Manager is responsible for providing project management coordination, support and assistance in all aspects of the project · Project Time Management – define activities, sequence activities, estimate activity. This includes project initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling and closing. · This involves ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of new and enhanced business capabilities that meet or exceed expectations. · Plan, direct and manage project execution, monitor and control project work · Perform specific SPE processes and activities and ensure the proper implementation of SPE defined compliance, security, and controls · Engage the required groups to plan and obtain estimates and commitments from all required groups for requested work. Define roles and responsibilities for team members · Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the project sponsor and stakeholders · Experience as a consultant or facilitator specifically related to Identity Access Management (IAM) (Identity Management, Access management, Identity Analytics, Role & Entitlement management) · Solid understanding of the day-to-day execution of business processes and related IT tasks · Knowledge of project and program management fundamentals · Familiar with the ITIL Framework and demand processes across the IT organization · Knowledge of enterprise IT Strategy, ITIL, IT Best Practice and Change Delivery · Strong understanding of multiple software delivery life cycle methodologies · Strong business domain knowledge and business acumen · Proven skills in project management and oversight: · Organize and lead the creation of all collateral required initiating projects (including vision document, business case/cost benefit analysis, high level requirements specifications, and other elaboration phase outputs). Assess/recommend skills and resources needed to successfully complete project(s) and achieve the business and IT goals · Organize the project team (people needed in the business and IT organizations, as well as third parties). Ensure all policies for on boarding new resources and vendors are followed. Create or supervise the creation of the project schedule, ensuring that it conforms to the System Development Lifecycle as appropriate. · Maintain the project budgets, project tracking and reporting requirements, and status reporting. Ensure that company controls are observed and applied to all projects under management. Ensure that a communications strategy and risk mitigation plan has been created and signed off by project stakeholders, and is being followed. Establish and maintain clear escalation procedures so that problems and issues encountered are addressed in a timely manner. · Manage projects through all the phases and milestones from requirements gathering to post-implementation reviews. The manager is responsible for ensuring that the necessary resources/skills are available as the project(s) go through the various phases of a software development life-cycle. · For projects involving third parties, the manager is accountable for ensuring that clear specifications are developed and communicated to the third parties (e.g. Preferred Service Providers), including criteria for acceptance of the outputs from the third parties. · Proven experience working with one or more user provisioning tools & technology stack, enterprise directory technology stack and related resource adapter sets *Certification/Licenses: *PMP is a plus. *Thanks and regards,* *Jyoti Budhwar* United Software Group Inc. 565 Metro Place S.
