Position: *Oracle HRMS Data Analyst*
Location: Nashville, TN
Duration: 6 months

*Job Summary: *

Leads the development and delivery of complex information and analysis to
support the HR System implementation including, defining report
requirements, performing data analysis, data comparison reports and
building validation databases. Administers the collection, consolidation
and interpretation of data required to support key HR System implementation
processes, initiatives and improvement projects.

*Key Responsibilities: *

Responsible for providing information to support HR System implementation.
Create data models, develops ad hoc reports, create access databases, write
SQL queries to extract data and completes with data analysis of complex
information from a variety of sources. Support HR system implementation
data conversion and validation and coordinate the implementation of
improvements to current data analysis processes in the project.

*Skills:  *

Research And Analysis Processes - Knows how to conduct research and
analysis of business intelligence tools with guidance from more experienced
personnel.
Analytical Reasoning – Has an advanced understanding of analytical
methodologies and the ability to utilize various statistical methodologies.
Provides recommendations for business actions based on the conclusions
drawn from analytical analysis in a way that is meaningful to the business
partner.
Requirements Analysis - The ability to understand requirements and trace
them back to business goals/objectives. The ability to identify the
relationships and interdependencies between requirements. The ability to
prioritize requirements based on their relative value, risk, difficulty of
implementation, urgency, likelihood of success, regulatory compliance, or
other factors.
Solution Assessment & Validation - The ability to understand and assess
proposed solutions in order to determine how closely they meet requirements
and if they will deliver the desired business outcomes. The ability to
understand the organization, and its readiness, to determine what is
necessary to transition to the solution.
Solution Definition - The ability to articulate what constitutes business
success for a given initiative. Necessary elements in the definition
include outlining the business reason the initiative is being undertaken,
guidelines that are in operation for the initiative, the domain of the
solution, and any important context surrounding the effort (for example
risks, constraints, assumptions, etc.)."
Modeling - The ability to represent information following a defined
standard, using a combination of graphical and textual elements. The
ability to choose the correct type of model for a particular set of
information, depending on the type of information to be communicated as
well as the audience who will consume the information.
Human Resources Data Management - Understands Human Resources information
requirements. Able to perform data quality reviews and take corrective
actions to ensure data completeness and accuracy. Has a full understanding
of information confidentiality requirements.

*Knowledge:*

Experience working with HR data
SQL - write queries to extract HR data
Advanced Access –How to create databases for data analysis and data
validation
Advanced Excel (VBA is a plus)
