Please include your employer details as well. *Job Title* Dynamics CRM and SSRS Developer *Project Location* Vancouver, WA *Duration* 6 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI : TELEPHONIC +SKYPE* Summary Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, customizing and integrating BI and Dynamics CRM applications with other systems to provide solutions for a large scale global organization. You will use and expand your analytical, communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills leading multiple projects across all stages of the systems lifecycle. You will leverage a number of proprietary, standard and emerging technologies such as cloud-computing, Data Warehousing, SSRS, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ClickDimensions. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, processes, identifying business problems and proposing technology and change management initiatives as we implement the portfolio of Sales and Marketing applications to meet evolving business requirements and standards for reliability, scalability, availability, and usability. Responsibilities Design, develop, configure and implement solutions to take full advantage of functionality in Information Warehouse (IW), Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 and other Marketing and Sales applications. Serve as liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, specify, validate, and manage business, user, functional and non-functional requirements in support of multiple business. Analyze and understand business problems, opportunities, and priorities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior developers to translate business requirements into data flows, process flows and functional specifications. Effectively plan and document project phases by creating detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, project schedules, costs, and risk management. Manage business expectations and communicate with end users and systems interface users regarding the status of projects and changes. Collaborate with all members of the cross-platform BI and CRM teams on standards, processes, methodologies, data models and architecture. Develop project business cases for larger scale initiatives that define how business objectives are to be achieved, including defining scope, objectives, recommendations for approach (i.e. build vs. buy), budget and resource estimates and requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent technical degree. 3+ years’ knowledge and experience delivering BI technology solutions. 2 years’ experience leading to successful demonstration of competencies as presented above with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Knowledge and experience with data warehousing design principles and best practices including SSRS, ETL, dimensional modeling, entity relationship modeling and star schema implementations. Experience designing and project managing scaled deployments across multiple systems and platforms. Experience translating requirements into detailed, modular and extensible functional designs. Proven presentation and exceptional communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels within the organization. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in a team.
