Please share relevant profiles on priority *H1/GC & Photo ID Copies are mandatory for submission* *AS400 Admin* *Greensboro, NC* *3-5 years Exp* *6-12 Months Contract* *Job Description:* · AS400 Admin (Mandatory) · MUST have IBM AS400 iSeries OS upgrade and installation expertise - preferably to V7R1 · MUST have expertise in coordinating vendors and upgrading Third Party applications (e.g. EDI, PKMS, TAA Tools, IP etc.) · Experience on AS400 applications pertaining to applications, systems, DB, middleware · Program languages: RPGLE, CLLE, COBOL/400, SYNON, SQL400. · Scripting languages: OS/400 CL, HTML, PHP · HMC V7, VIOS, and LPAR planning and build experience preferred · Proficient in MS Office, Project, and Visio · Excellent communication skills · You should be able to act as a Single point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer management. · Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager. · Responsible for Vendor Management and people management. · Drives day to day operations and work plan allocation/management. Conduct periodic reviews with teams. · Weekly and monthly status reports to higher management. Participate in business meetings with various stake holders. · Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys.
