Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with all levels of the organization and geographically distributed teams · Solid business judgment, strong organizational and time management skills · Excellent problem solving skills · Experience resolving conflicting requirements and priorities · Thrives in a fast past dynamic environment *Responsibilities:* · Identify product and customer data business requirements, translate them into system functional requirements and coordinate implementation of MDM platform solutions o Interview customers and stakeholders to identify and document data requirements for integration and conversion efforts o Design and recommend modifications to existing data governance processes o Review designs and develop test cases for the MDM solution to validate data lifecycle management o Identify and design solutions to resolve quality issues including data integrity, accuracy, consistency and completeness in an efficient and timely manner, for data used by multiple business units o Validate the business need for solutions to business problems and process improvements · Act as a master data management platform SME o Review requests to load/extract from the MDM platform and evaluate/report the impact to use cases o Provide or assist with user training when needed o Recommend usability changes to user interfaces and reports o Respond to questions and ensure understanding of why the business solution was chosen o Provide input on the business direction for system changes o Generate and/or refine presentations for business, management and technical resources · Work with technical resources to source systems, and generate source to target documentation, and system recommendations o Identify and document existing processes, data points, workflows, gaps, and risks o Summarize insights, and communicate implications for internal and external stakeholders o Utilize Excel, SQL and other tools to understand and compare data *Qualifications/Requirements:* · Must possess excellent communication, organizational and technical skills · Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in MIS, computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, or other quantitative field · Minimum 1 year experience working in Master Data Management · 2+ years' experience working in Business Process and Analysis for large data driven projects such as Data Migration, ETL, Analytics, Data Governance or Master Data Management · 2+ years' experience working in Business Analysis in an agile environment formulating user stories to focus on business specific value drivers, writing detailed acceptance criteria, grooming and prioritizing backlogs · 7+ years of experience working in Business Analysis · Solid understanding of databases and relational data. · Experience working with technology and business SMEs to document as-is and to-be processes and data requirements · Skills utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio), SQL · Experience with complex process data mapping (ETL) that defines technical and business rules. · Experience working on SOA back-end projects which deliver services and messages · Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.
