*Please find job description:-* *Location:* *Tampa, Florida, USA* *Duration: Long Term* *Experience level: 8-10 years* *Need : USC/TN/GC EAD/GC* *Job Description :* *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* The VMware Administrator will provide VMware support and maintenance for the Clarient IT infrastructure, mostly pertaining to the ESX hypervisor platform. • Implement new ESX environments in multiple locations • Troubleshoot VMware and ESX server issues, including any performance related incidents. • ESX patching, Vmware tools and hardware upgrades • Take ownership of technical IT incidents and work with vendors, application and development teams to resolve complex issues efficiently • Drive technical bridge calls to help troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents more effectively • Document standard operating procedures, policies, environment and system configurations • Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality of support and contribute to knowledge base • Ensure SLAs are met and maintained, and escalated issues are handled accordingly • Communicate clearly and precisely with your customers, colleagues and management team in written and verbal format *Essential Skills and Competencies* • Proficient in ESX, DRS, Vmotion, HA, Fault Tolerance, etc. • Good understanding of network virtualization, preferably NSX • 10 years of progressive experience diagnosing and resolving IT problems in a complex software environment • Experience in one or more of the following additional areas is a plus – Linux, Windows, Powershell, Net Apps, etc. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner. • Ability to drive successful results, make decisions with limited information, and adjust quickly in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment managing multiple priorities across different business units. • Must exhibit creativity and innovation in system solutions; must be broadly focused and able to manage multiple efforts concurrently. • Strong ability to formulate and execute strategy around systems integration as well as the creation and implementation of scalable solutions supporting multiple locations • Ability to be on-call and work out of hours for essential IT work or troubleshooting *Minimum Qualifications* • Bachelors degree in technology-related discipline (e.g. BS Computer Science) • Familiarity with ITIL Applications Management, Change Management and Release Management processes *Desired Qualifications* • VCP • ITIL certification *Saurabh Sharma* SAP AND IT CONSULTING SERVICES 4606 FM 1960 Rd W, Suite 400 Houston, Texas-77069 T: 281 954 5503 | (855) 647-8754 EXT 702 Email: saur...@e-infionics.com <raj...@e-infionics.com> | saurabhsysmind...@gmail.com Web: www.e-infionics.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "International SAP Projects" group.
