• Design and development of business rules in IBM Data Power xi52 to
convert IBM MQ XML messages to Web Services call and vice-versa
• Debug the productions issues in IBM Data Power and IBM MQ
• Apply and promote patches.
• Work with Business Analysts, Developers and Database Administrators to
implement new applications or message flows.
• Maintain documentation related to infrastructure and architecture of
integration systems.
• Produce project related documentation and provide estimates to the
Project Lead or Manager for work to be completed.
• Assist in recommendations for disaster recovery of integration
environments.
• Deploy applications to production and non-production environments.
Create various Data power objects
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform.
Create support tickets
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) based Web Services
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Data Power in real time
messaging integration project
• Experience in message transformation through IBM Data Power Strong
experience working in support projects
• Strong experience working in support projects in the past,
• T echnical Troubleshooting Extensive Experiencehe past echnical
Troubleshooting Extensive Experience
• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and
techniques, and the ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical
(hardware, software, application or operational) problems.
• Application Maintenance Extensive Experience
• Knowledge of and ability to define, implement changes to, and support
a production application.
• Good written and oral communication
