*Position: * Enterprise Integration Lead Architect *Duration: *6 months + *Work Location: *Raleigh, NC *Interview Type: *Telephonic, Skype and/or F2F *GC and/or USCs Only* *Experience :* 10-15+ years of industry experience with established leadership in object-oriented analysis & design and formulating enterprise architecture and systems integration solutions for large transformational programs. Experience in P&C/Life Insurance domain and standard messaging frameworks such as *ACORD/IAA* is highly desirable. *Position Description:* Enterprise Integration Lead Architect *Responsibilities :* · Adopt a strong consultant oriented approach, working across business and technology teams across international boundaries, to establish a target state vision for enterprise integration platform aligned with business and IT strategy · Accountable for leading large scale integration technology strategy and roadmap – with end-to-end data management and solution development against wide-range of regional and local systems across international boundaries · Assess products, messaging frameworks, and services for their integration capabilities and compatibility with published corporate standards · Responsible for presenting solutions to global Architecture Review Board to develop standard guidelines, processes, and documentation · Create systems integration architecture and technical interface designs · Plan and design new integration services by maximizing the reuse of existing services, components and application patterns, · Design reliable, real-time and batch oriented application integration solutions by applying appropriate Enterprise Application Integration technologies and methodologies (Publish and Subscribe, SOA, Microservices etc.) · Consult with C-level client and Virtusa business and technology leadership teams to enable proper tracking and governance integration platform architecture – business, applications, data, and infrastructure · Conduct in-depth analysis of client situation and data across multiple dimensions (Program Management, Technology Stack, Technical Architecture, SDLC, Release Management, Integration etc.) to identify and develop integration assets *Required Skills/Qualifications:* · A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related degree · Experience working as a lead technologist on large scale J2EE-based SOA re-engineering projects with stated emphasis on non-functional requirements – Security, Scalability, Maintainability etc. · A minimum of 8-10 years of experience working as an Enterprise Integration Architect or similar position at multi-national organizations · Strong working knowledge of all phases of software development such as Architecture, Security, Design, Development, Testing, Administration, Migration, and Production Support - Knowledge of patterns & best practices around common cross cutting concerns and ability to think out-of-the-box to recommend sound technical solutions · Experience with Micro-Services Architecture to support multi-channel/Omni-Channel is a plus · Expert-level knowledge on *proven* Opensource and commercial enterprise Integration technologies · Deep knowledge in J2EE based EAI, ESB, BPM, MQ and integration frameworks and patterns (WebSphere/ Mule/JBoss/Tibco/Apache Camel/Spring) · Expert-level knowledge in developing WebServices/REST API/Event Messaging · Experience with Source Control & Build management tools (Maven/Gulp/Git/SVN) and Continuous Integration tools (Atlassian/Jenkins etc.) · Operating Systems Windows NT / XP / 2000 / 98, MS DOS, LINUX, and UNIX · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Success-oriented high energy leader · Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment · Excellent problem solving skills · Ability to develop work plans and follow-through on assignments with minimal guidance · Team player - must be willing and able to drive collaborative efforts across the team members to improve solution quality and increase productivity *Other Skills (desired)*: · Consulting experience with large multi-national companies is a MUST · Experience with Agile SCRUM and iterative SDLC processes and methodologies *Email is the best way to reach me.* ISO 9001:2008 Certified WMBE Firm 1441 E.
