Duration: 12+ months. *Note:**Need Legal Visa Copy and Passport Copy to Submit.* Description: • Develop IT solutions by creating new and modifying existing SFDC application(s). • Create/Remove/Update user accounts , Update Role Hierarchies. Mass upload of data, create reports/dashboards. • Experience with Lightening a plus. Train users on Salesforce and Navigation. • Good communication skills as this role requires customer facing engagement. • Clean data, merge data, deploy changes, data backups, configuration changes, such as picklist value changes. Portal administration and development. • Analyze system requirements and business processes. • Assignment are received in task and objective oriented terms. • Provide direction and expertise based on general policies and management guidance. • Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives • Often heads a centralized functional activity. • Function as an adviser to a unit regarding tasks, projects, and operations. • Become actively involved in daily engineering tasks when required to meet schedules or to resolve complex problems. • Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. • Frequent contacts with internal personnel and outside customer representatives at various management levels concerning operations or scheduling of specific phases of projects or contracts. • Conduct briefings and participate in technical meetings for internal and external representatives concerning specific operations.
