This includes creating optimum technical solutions, meeting / exceeding requirements, ensuring system security, quality, robust performance, and flexibility for future change. Qualifications: · *8+ years experience and working knowledge of enterprise-wide Linux/Unix (RHEL. AIX and Solaris) infrastructure architecture and engineering.* · *5+ years experience in VMware.* · *8+ years Server/OS Architecture and Engineering level knowledge in large heterogeneous environments; hands-on experience.* · *8+ years sharp analytical abilities and proven design skills* · *8+ years experience in multiple operating systems, network protocols and hardware virtualization technologies, including initial system design, deployment, and maintenance* · 8+ years of broad technical knowledge of current emerging technologies, including but not limited to virtual technologies, cloud storage, enterprise file sharing, data encryption, and data migration techniques. · 8+ years of strong communication skills, including written and verbal presentations · 8+ years of experience in IBM AIX PowerHA, GPFS, Power Systems Architecture and Engineering.
