This resource will be joining the Global OSS/BSS Platform Design team which creates and supports tools enable the services organization to function. The Remedy Specialist will be joining the team working alongside Remedy Developers, and will focus on the installation of Remedy version 9. *Responsibility :* I just got a Remedy Specialist I could maybe use some help on. Motorola is going through some upgrade projects right now and they need resources to kind of serve as a support team to the Developers. *They’ll do configuration, upgrades, patching, etc*.
