Looking for Java Lead Guy Minimum 10 years of Experience : *Role * *Jave/J2EE Technical Lead * *Work Location * *Cincinnati, Ohio * *Duration * *12 Months* Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills * 10+ Years of experience with Java/J2EE technology '* Technical Lead expereicne for atleast 2 end to end Java/J2EE application implementation Analysis to production deplyment '* Good working experience working with offshore team • Java 7/8, JEE 6, JSF 2.0, JPA 2.0, EJB 3.1, Spring (3 or 4). • Knowledge of Java Collection library • Exposure to JSF 2 frameworks (RichFaces/PrimeFaces..) and latest UI Frameworks (AngularJS, JQuery) • n Layered Architectured Design • Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, DB Design and domain modeling • Good communication skills and client oriented attitude Roles and responsibility • To interact with client and understand the requirements. • Prepare design documents for the requirements working alongside with offshore counter-part. • Developing/Coding critical application functionalities. • To co-ordinate communication between client and offshore team.
