As a seed member of the Smartplay Operator Acceptance testing and certification team, the candidate is expected to technically lead, mentor and coach a team of 3-5 engineers in due course who will be responsible for CATs. He/She will interface with the operator, the test equipment vendor and Smartplay team and will be responsible for customer satisfaction, schedule adherence, timely status reporting and will help formulate/adapt the strategy for this offerings. *Mandatory Requirements* · Candidate with 7-10 years of overall experience. · At least 4 years of experience in LTE development or testing area. · Very good understanding of 3GPP specifications relating to LTE and WCDMA. · Understanding of Operator Acceptance test (Carrier Acceptance Test-CAT) relating to Verizon (Band13) · Experience undertaken CATs using Anritsu MD7834 or Anite-9000 or R&S CMW500. · Experience having triaged and analyzed failure issues during Carrier acceptance testing. · Strong Verbal and written communication skills. · Self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills capable of managing a team of 4-5 individuals.
