Title: Project Manager Location: Redmond WA Duration: 6 months *Mode of Interview : Telephonic* *Responsibilities:* We are looking for someone to help us assess our global inventory management processes and respective IT systems for both Microsoft and our Partner(s) in our Care/Returns Network. Partner with Care Network Operations Leads in the Regions, Factory Management, Care Engineering, IT, product planning teams, and corporate functions (*accounting, legal, tax*) to review current processes and systems (and determine root cause of the variance as needed) and then create new processes to get and keep Gross Unit Variance (GUV) to within corporate guidelines. Create detailed Process Flows for SAP transactions for raw material receipts, SFG and FG backflushing. Define KPI's for end to end Inventory Accuracy throughout the Care/Return Network and determine how we measure them and at what frequency Review partner agreements for alignment with company policies and objectives Create training materials for end to end "as implemented" IT Systems for Microsoft (and ensure Partner training aligns with Microsoft's "as implemented" systems). Analyze system failures with implemented solutions and propose solutions. *Qualifications* Candidates should hold at least a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, IT or Computer Science. Strong knowledge and experience *in inventory management (cycle count, reconciliation, familiar with SAP transactions*). Attention to details & accuracy is a key skill set. SAP knowledge is necessary. Business acumen in internal control and audit experience is preferred. *Minimum 5-7 years of Manufacturing, finance/accounting or IT experience in a dynamic, demanding environment. Experience in the online services and/or retail industries is a bonus*. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on and manage activities with tight timelines. Strong communication skills with demonstrated strong performance in business partnership collaborating across teams. Experience as a project/program manager - comfortable leading meetings and assigning action items; strong analytical and problem solving skills with history of driving impact.
