Position : Sr QA Analyst Duration : 6 Months Location : 4325 ALEXANDER DRIVE SUITE 200 ALPHARETTA GA 30022 Client : NCR corporation Job Description: •Technical leadership in the design and implementation of the test automation strategy for Responsible for Functional Automation testing. •Hands-on contributor to build and enhance solutions to complex technical problems advancing test automation, continuous testing, and continuous integration capabilities for product development teams. •Participates in Project Planning, Project Management, Resource Estimation/Utilization and Automation. •Direct the efforts of QA testers, QA analysts, representatives from any third party vendor resources in the overall successful completion of automation testing. •Contributes to team agile planning activities and backlog prioritization and management; and Test Engineering’s strategic automation planning and projects. •Mentor and coach technical team members. Valued contributor in developing the local test automation community of practice. Valued contributions in the broader company’s test automation community. Works with technical teams and management to develop, implement and maintain metrics, standards, policies, processes and controls for testing in all phases of Software Development and Quality Assurance Life Cycles. •Responsible for estimating the QA Automation testing efforts for various projects and new initiatives. •Responsible for QA Automation status reporting to development teams, management and project stakeholders. •Works with project team in the identification and proactive resolution of risks and issues. •Verify the quality of all QA Automation deliverables and service levels, ensuring that performance and quality of end products conform to the established organizational standards and guidelines while meeting business requirements. Maintains accountability and configuration of deliverable products and records during test cycle •Researches new Automation testing development tools and techniques, making recommendations to improve overall testing processes. •Assist in the implement the product into production, providing on-going customer support as needed.
