This person will need to have hands on experience with the Puppet tool. *Required Skills:* • Technical support skills; troubleshooting and problem solving skills; • Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required. • High level of expertise in Puppet tool and Linux administration, TCP/IP Networking and Unix administration is mandatory and other technologies is desirable. • Must have good oral and written communication skills and be able to • Discuss technical issues with users, vendors and customers having diverse technical and business backgrounds. *Job Responsibilities:* • Perform system administration of Linux servers. • Maintain/repair Linux server issues and related system issues as needed to maintain a stable, predictable, and scalable server environment. • Lead and assist in system projects; Build, QC, and deploy servers per customer build process. • Working with vendors and internal groups, enhance and patch server systems. • There is weekend on call responsibilities- three weekend days a quarter to handle critical issues. *Required Experience:* • B.S.
