*Position:: Senior Cisco IPT and Contact Center Engineer*

*Location:: Loveland, CO*

*Duration:: 12+ months*



*Position Overview:-*



·         This position is for Senior Cisco IPT and Contact Center Engineer
with expertise in Cisco CallManager, Unified Contact Center Express, Unity
Connections, CallManager Express, Unity Express, and the IPIVR Deployment
of Cisco ICM/UCCE.

·         This is a support position in a Global Network Infrastructure
environment.

·         The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of relevant work
experience in Cisco IPT and Cisco Contact Center.


*Major Duties/Responsibilities:-*



·         Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) on client
engagements and provide technical guidance to the team.

·         Responsible for troubleshooting, installing, implementing, and
administering Cisco Voice IPT Systems providing tier III support.



*Responsibilities includes but not limited to:*



·         Work as SME for troubleshooting and break fixes

·         Review and validate understanding of customer design requirements

·         Provide Peer reviews to Tier II engineers to ensure design
compliance

·         Review and recommend process changes

·         Coach and mentor other engineers on best practices

·         Experience using BMC Remedy Ticketing Tool, or similar product
(HP Open View, Service Now, etc.)



*Expertise in the following Technologies:-*



·         Cisco CallManager Enterprise,  Versions 8.x to 10.x

·         Cisco IOS Voice Gateways (2800, 3800, 2900, 3900)

·         Cisco UCCE – Specific deployment expertise in IPIVR Deployment

·         Cisco Contact Center Express, Versions 8.x to 10.x

·         Cisco Unity Connections

·         Cisco Unity Express

·         The individual will collaborates with Network Engineering and
Project Management to create and implement custom solutions that adhere to
existing Design Standards. Assist in developing new IPT and Contact Center
Standards. Provides expert level research and analysis for planning,
organizing, and managing corporate-wide functions.

·         Develop lab scenarios to mock user environments and test
components of proposed solutions.

·         This Engineer will also be expected to deliver detailed
documentation to both the customer and operations that fully describes new
implementations and that is used as the primary reference for day-to-day
management.

·         Should be open to work in a global distributed environment with
Cross-cultural sensitivity. The person in this role is expected to work on
incident/service management, respond to high impact issues on a 24x7 basis,
participating in a rotating on-call schedule with other team members.

·         CCNP-Voice or CCIE preferred
