*Location: Northbrook, IL Duration: 6 month * *Must haves:* University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline plus 3 years’ experience with Unix administration Redhat Linux (currently running version 4,5 and 6) Experience working in the command (vs. GUI) Hands on experience with *Sun Hardware.* *+:* Hands on experience with Sun Hardware. Solaris version 10 and 11 with 3 to 5 years’ experience (HUGE PLUS) Networking/ infrastructure knowledge Oracle EXA experience is a plus. Veritas Foundation Suite experience Oracle Management console experience (HUGE PLUS) Oracle suite of Applications (HUGE PLUS) *D2D**:* The Unix Administrator should have a college degree and or 3 to 5 years of on the job experience. The candidate would be involved daily with the Solaris 10 and 11 environment (do not need previous experience with solaris), the building of UNIX containers. Would be responsible for the administration of the Oracle R12 “EXA” environment along with Red Hat Linux responsibilities. Candidate should also have some networking knowledge.
