Ability to work on the schema design, create various calculated metrics and visualizations, and deploy reports in production • Experience with and comprehensive understanding of Mortgage Servicing processes-a strong plus. • Experience with conducting analysis & profiling of data, mapping of data sources and rules, if any, that need to be applied-Required. • Strong, demonstrated analytical skills that can be applied to procedures and business challenges to identify specific automation opportunities. • Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred. Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job. • Strong understanding of mortgage servicing, and loss-mitigation in particular. • Experience with and comprehensive understanding of Mortgage Servicing processes and associated Mortgage Lines of Business. • Exposure to various technologies in Data warehouse, Business Intelligence and Client server applications is a plus.
