8 years of experience required.

*Certified web logic administrator. *

Experience in web logic & Oracle SOA, Oracle B2B.

3 years’ experience with Oracle Web logic, Oracle HTTP server

Platform support role involves release, support, migration & design inputs
to both weblogic/SOA native applications. Acts as focal point for SOA/B2B
platform and application through whom any planned or unplanned work is
coordinated and managed.

Knowledge on High availability, Load balancing and scaling of Environment.

Develop automation script to build weblogic/soa domain. SME in shell
scripting.

Creating SOA/WLS Domain, maintain, upgrading troubleshoot any issues and
investigate for performance tuning opportunities.

Automating and sending email alerts for weblogic/soa/b2b errors through
wlst/python/java/shell scripting. To help team to proactively understand
and resolve the issue within the SLA.

Work closely with the developers to understand any enhancement/new release
and projects .

Assessing Risk with any new Change Request to Production and change in
delivering services.

Reviewing the codes to check if there are any potential failure or
performance issues before deployment.

Any incident in the PROD env is first analyzed and a brief summary is
outlined for further analysis.

Setting up ldap users, database connection, deployment/updating application
version, JMS connection, JDBC connection, creating specification for VIP.
Building new weblogic/SOA environment

Constant improvement of the environment to make it more stable. Monitor
performance of the weblogic servers and analyze if any tuning is required.
Dealing with Application Memory issues like memory leak & tuning the heap.

Closely coordinating with other team for day-to-day availability of
applications, manages fault queues and support changes/upgrades to the
service through SPARC Incident & Service Request.

Assist in ensuring Change is fit for purpose before being accepted into
live; always considering the customer experience and integrity of data.
Represent the team’s services-related changes through existing Change
processes.

Understanding of Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and support the product.

Any knowledge of cloud based application or platform support is
advantageous.
