*Position:: SAS Data Integration Developer / Analyst* *Location:: NY/NJ* *Duration::12+ months* *Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * · Demonstrated ability to perform as SAS developer using SAS Data Integration Studio. · Experience in extracting, transforming and loading source data into the SAS environment from multiple sources including major DBMS and application system transaction files, third-party software packages, and spreadsheet applications. · Understanding of ER and Dimensional Models. • Experience working with Version Control (SVN, CVS, PVCS). · Experience working with a Scheduling Tool. · Strong familiarity with Teradata development and execution environments, and state-of-the- industry reporting and data management tools. · Knowledgeable and experienced in implementing and optimizing Windows-based SAS products within existing infrastructures. · Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders: technical and end-user, staff and management. · Ability to work independently. *Nice to have :-* · Exposure on newer Hadoop based technologies like Hive, Map Reduce, Pig *Work Experience Requirements: -* · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers · Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) · Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service · Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices *Thanks and regards,* *Jyoti Budhwar* United Software Group Inc. 565 Metro Place S.
