Please include your employer details as well if any. * Job Title* - Systems/Data Analyst *Location* - MA-Massachusetts/Boston *Duration* - 6 Months *MOI * - *Telephonic followed by Face-to-Face.* • Develop complex systems/business -functional requirements through user meetings and interviewing users, developing use cases, and researching and resolving issues. • Analyzes current processes and recommend solutions and improved processes. • Participate in technical and business analysis project planning and management by documenting and maintaining plans, managing issue logs and preparing project documentation. • Cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders across Client and partner with relevant teams to ensure the consistent capturing of operational metrics necessary to inform strategic decisions. • Work with business analysts and developers in design, coding and maintenance of business applications from user instructions or formal functional specifications. • Deliver insightful, data-backed analyses of potential strategic operations opportunities. • Maintain a current view of the Program team's overall strategic plan, and manage regular status updates on projects owned by the team. *Minimum Requirements:* - Minimum 8+ years as a Systems/Data Analyst with proven experience designing/extending large complex ERP systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle). - Significant experience in in the analysis and testing phases in the development cycle - Prior financial services experience strongly desired. - Exceptional analytical skills and ability to work with large complex data sets and reports as seen through drafting business or functional specification documents. - Excellent MS Office experience with Advanced Excel expertise with a willingness to work hands on in the research and data details as well as in the analysis. - Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both verbally and in writing in order to exchange information and be able to seek out specific information from others. - Proven project management and problem solving skills as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion in a fast-paced environment. - Experience interpreting data and presenting information and findings.
