Desired qualifications for *AS400/ iSeries Administrator* Urgent requirement ? Can you find this profile ASAP ? for Louisville , KY We’d like to have someone who has experience with *remote procedure calls* on the AS400. Specifically, in order: · Has experience setting up programs on OS/400 to be called remotely from a disparate platform. · Has experience passing parameters and receiving results from AS400 remote programs. · Has experience making RPC calls from a Windows environment. Need experienced AS400/ iSeries Administrator to assist with OS upgrades from V6R1 to V7R1 of the OS. As an Administrator candidate should be able to act as a point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer management and ensure proper communication. Assist with Vendor Management for 3rd party applications as needed as part of the OS upgrade and completed DR testing for iSeries. Participate in business meetings with various stake holders.
