*Job Description: *The CipherCloud SME will be responsible primary administration and management for CipherCloud solution in CVS environment. To include handling any implementations key rotations, and other more security-based functions as well as the minor operational tasks around installs and patches for CipherCloud only. *Responsibilities: *Perform collaborative design, configuration, and troubleshooting of the CipherCloud solution. Communicate to internal organizations the aspects of both the CipherCloud and deployment at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation. Coordinate and assist in training with CipherCloud to internal organizations. Act as a liaison between the CVS and CipherCloud project Manager/Support to drive product deployment and lifecycle support. *Skills and Experience:* 5+ year experience in designing and implementing enterprise software or security solutions in cloud, security, networking, storage or comparable space in a professional service required. Direct hands-on- technical experience as a customer liason is desired. Experience with deployments in virtualization environments like vmware, zen etc. strongly desired. Experience with Linux OS(and some shell scripting) required and Sql Desired. Strong Working Knowledge of networking concepts like SSH, DNS, Firewalls etc. Strong knowledge of Enterprise Web Technologies, application security and cutting edge infrastructure desired. General knowledge of cloud architecture as well as on-premise IT landscape. SaaS experience(Salesforce, Servicenow, workday etc.) a plus. Working knowledge of Amazon EC2 a Plus. Experienced in project management activities. Exhibits Confidence and an extensive Knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems. Demonstrate excellent issue identification, resolution and management. Communications With internal and external customer and multiple levels of management.
