A person who is capable of comprehending our entire architecture and contributing on that level. b. A candidate that has solid .Net / C# skills c. Someone who is a strong front-end JavaScript / Angular type. d. If one is a great person with 2 years of experience that knows only a subset of those things but wants to learn, that could work. e.
