Well versed with various design patterns, SOLID principles and web security standards and practices 10. Must have demonstrated experience with large-scale transactional systems, development of highly scalable solutions and optimizing the implementation is a must have 11. Must have demonstrated team-lead experience: managing the work products of others, creating estimates/WBS, ensuring quality, global delivery interaction and coordination. 12. Resourcing will be leading the delivery of offshore delivery, must have demonstrated skills in this area. 13. Worked in Agile process model 14. Experienced in Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration using TFS and Jenkins 15.
