* Position: SQL Developer with .NET* *Location: Woonsocket, RI/ Scottsdale, AZ/ Richardson, TX Duration: 12+Months* *Position Summary *This position is primarily responsible for a performing analysis, design, programming, testing, installation, and maintenance of client’s Identity & Access Management applications as part of the Periodic Access Review (PAR) process, in a timely and accurate manner. The PAR process is a re-certification of access on a periodic basis which helps client meet compliance and regulatory controls, ensuring access is authorize, appropriate, and is the minimal access needed for an individual’s job function. This person will drive development updates needed, set up the process in the established system or tool to be used, and ensure it processes as expected. This individual will be a key player in the PAR team to help meet compliance objectives. This is a highly visible, customer facing position in a fast paced environment where both quantity and quality of work are essential to success. The job function is performed within the parameters of Company policies, regulatory mandates, and contractual requirements so as to ensure the privacy and security of personal information * Required Qualifications* The successful candidate will possess, and be able to demonstrate, the following: 2+ years of relevant work experience *Experience with the following technologies:* Windows, SQL Database MVC C# Entity framework Code First Migration LINQ HTML 5 and JQuery would also be good Kendo UI specifically the Kendo Grid Strong analytical, reasoning, problem solving and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal skills, both spoken and written. Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities seamlessly. Ability to function equally well as a leader or as a follower in a team-centric operating model. Willingness to do more than just development work based on the needs of team to meet the overall goal. Strong organizational and time management skills including the ability to prioritize work and achieve desired results without close supervision. Ability and willingness to follow established procedural guidelines as well as a commitment to continuous quality improvement of those guidelines. Willingness to work flexible hours during peak periods of operation potentially be on-call at certain peak times. Initiative to become subject matter expert in specific assignment areas. Previous experience in Software development *Preferred Qualifications* In addition to the above, the preferred candidate will also possess, and be able to demonstrate, the following: 1. Proficiency in UNIX and UNIX variants in a large-scale environment. 2. Proficiency in Windows NT/Active Directory in a large-scale environment. 3. Experience working with SQL databases. 4.
