Providing technical assistance to users of ALM. - Perform administrative maintenance of the servers where ALM is deployed and lead ALM upgrades and patches. Test patches and upgrades. - Process and complete ALM access request tickets and other work requests related to ALM administration. - Maintain up-to-date user lists. Delete inactive users. - Update group and permissions of users as per the requirement. - Working with ALM users to implement new processes. - Develop migration strategies whenever necessary. - Setup and configuration of ALM projects. - Take care of requests (i.e.: workflow, customization and functionality). - Configuring ALM User Groups, Project Entities, and Project Lists as needed. - Develop training for overall ALM user group and executives including managers. - Setting up the projects, creating Groups/users/Permissions; setup Test Labs, customizing Requirements, and Test Plan, Test Lab, and Defect Tracking modules. - Setting up Dashboard to generate the Analysis reports, and also working on different management reports such as (Defects, Daily/Monthly Metrics, Test Plan, Test Lab and Requirements).
