Job functions are to serve the engineering team in processing and determining trends through data analysis for signals relevant to the functionality and performance of aftertreatment emissions devices on Caterpillar products under development under the guidance of Caterpillar engineering staff. -Positions are in support of projects in the DEF performance systems teams. -Incumbent will have B.S or M.S in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of ---------professional experience OR PhD in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of professional experience. *Technical Skills* Required data analysis skills including scripting capability through Matlab or other methods, experience with data acquisition software such as *CANape* or *DATK*, and proficient at Microsoft Excel.
