** Overview of how to use an IRD and supporting business applications

GENERAL SESSION (Tuesday, September 9, 8:00AM - 4:00PM:
** Explication of the cost components and value propositions for
creating and receiving IRDS -- and the implications for current costs in
transportation and float
** Assessment of the business and operational risks involved -- and how
to create an appropriate legal framework
** Operational implications for workflow and process -- how is the IRD
best managed in the regular flow of business?
** Report on payments industry practice and experience associated with
IRD processing -- including Zions/EDS, and the Federal Reserve's Montana
Pilot
