UA 4 Radio — RUI — is still relaying the main network, but the programming there sounds quite lively now with excellent production values, time pips at top of hour, ID and fanfare before the news. Wish we had one of those Star Trek universal translators. The programming must be compelling and the way it’s being presented sounds almost like there’s nothing dire going on. Much different than the last two days.
