Call for Papers Theme: Gender, Race, and Sexuality Subtitle: Issues in Language and Politics Type: 3rd Barcelona Conference Institution: Gender, Race and Sexuality Research Group (GRS), University of Barcelona Location: Barcelona (Spain) Date: 22.–23.6.2016 Deadline: 15.1.2016 __________________________________________________ The conference will focus on issues in philosophy of gender, race, and sexuality, with special attention to issues in language and politics, including but not limited to: slurs and pejorative terms, generics, hate speech, pornography, the meaning of terms for race, gender and sex, and ameliorative projects in philosophy.
