- Build depend on debhelper (>= 5), firebird2.1-dev and

- Install interbase.ini into /etc/php5/conf.d directory.
* debian/copyright:
- Update copyright details.
* debian/po, php5-interbase.{config,prerm,postinst,templates}:
- Remove them, no longer needed since PHP 5.1.6.
