* Bump version number to get a higher version than one that was briefly
included in kdepim
- Used a 'really' version instead of bumping epoch to 5 so that if it is
in kdepim in the future, it won't have too high a version number already
* Change dh_iconcache call in debian/rules to dh_icons and bump
debhelper build-dep
