I have a building in Remraam phase 2 for sale direct. The price is 1050 AED/sq. ft. net to the owner. The owner wants only the original 10% deposit at the signing of MOU and the premium on transfer. The commission will be split 1% to your side and 1% to us. Only if your buyer accepts these terms then call me or else don't call. And only call if you have direct. Cheers.
