*Studios: *Unit 28; Unit 38, 38 and 33 all between 550- 650 sq ft including balcony- all facing Burj dubai and sea view and have the fountain view as well. 28 is ready for delivery now; 33 will be ready in 2 weeks and the ones on the 38th floor in February-as u know these are fullys erviced apartments *1 bed:* 32 area of 750 sq ft with 2 balconies facing the downtown and also a view of the fountain so on the front of the building not like the rest of the 1 beds that are at the back. this is ready for delivery- looking to rent or sell if i get an appropriate price offer.
