*Kindly note the sales process for these plots:*

   1. 10% Manager Cheque as a security deposit to be handed over to Seller
   to hold advertising the land
   2. MOU prepared between Seller and Buyer in 3 copies for signature. One
   copy will be given to the Buyer on Execution from the Seller
   3. NOC and Bank processes will be initiated to clear the plot and take
   an appointment from DLD for transfer of title deed
   4. NOC fees, DLD fees, Service Charges from transfer date onwards and
   any other registration fees will be payable by the Buyer
   5. On transfer of title deed, commission of 2% will be transferred to
   the Agency account within 7-10 working days
