It is probably a clmassic question, but I have a few problems with Java/Swing programs. Each time I launch one, refresh time is awfully long: the app appears grey, no widget displays until several seconds. Sometimes I have to switch on another app then go back to have a correct display.
This behaviour does not appear with "classic" WM such as IceWM where the app appears much faster and nicely. I use a (6 month old) Ion devel.
