I have the same sort of question. When opening a transient on 20030510
(old, yeah) on a WFloatWS it's possible to make its parent cover it by
clicking on the parent's titletab. I think transience is being set
correctly because in a normal IonWS the window appears (correctly)
frameless and fixed over the parent -- shouldn't this be consistent?
