        Thanks.  Workrave was also suggested to me by another person as
  well.  I haven't had a chance to try compiling it because I do not have
  gtk-- packages compiled at the moment.  However, I think I am still
  looking for something that interacts well with ion on a meta-level.  I
  might try writing a module as time allows.
