Hey, I am trying to check my understanding of
SVC_RateLimit( &bucket, 10, 100 ) since I want to use it. :-D So my question: Does that call return true once there were more than 10 events in a 100 millisecond period? Sometimes a bit of documentation in the ioquake3 code would be helpful...
