Hi Xiangdong, well I guess there is no need to sign-up to anything ... just pop by and start hacking ;-) I'll try to prepare some Assignments and Challenges, but for now if you want to join the hackathon, I guess having at least Java 8 on your device and ideally an IDE (Ideally IntelliJ, Eclipse is sort of always a pain with Maven, but in general even a normal Text-Editor should be enough) should be about all you need.
