Imran,

Hi! This looks like a dependency issue. There is (or has) a dependency in
the upper stack (C++ API) on the program options module from boost.  We
dropped our dependency on some boost modules so I need to check our current
dependency list.

Erich or Vijay,

Do you remember off the top of you head?
